Responsibilities
Support estimating by attending turnover meetings, collecting bids, and assisting with change order pricing
Participate in preconstruction activities and purchasing
Review submittals and shop drawings, conduct quality control checks, and track materials and deliveries
Update and develop project schedules with project managers
Draft RFIs, review contract plans, and coordinate with superintendents to resolve issues
Manage purchase orders and subcontracts, negotiate with vendors, and approve invoices
Maintain accurate project documentation, perform safety audits, and prepare work packs
Monitor budgets, labor reports, and cost codes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil/environmental or mechanical engineering, construction management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to problem-solve and adapt in a dynamic environment
