Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain detailed test protocols and procedures
Conduct tests and experiments at on-site and off-site locations to evaluate unit performance across varying environmental conditions
Analyze and interpret test data, documenting findings in comprehensive technical reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and recommend corrective actions
Develop and maintain documentation to support repeatable and sustainable testing processes

Required

Active Secret Clearance is required to start
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Technical training in U.S. Navy navigation equipment and systems
Twelve (12)+ years of hands-on experience with U.S. Navy navigation equipment and systems, including experience in at least three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, Training
Recognized subject matter expert who has demonstrated leadership in U.S. Navy navigation equipment and systems within industry and/or public service
