Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise technical rescue operations including confined space and rope rescue
Deliver internal and external training for rescue, gas detection, electronics, and breathing air systems
Train employees in Rigging up and Rigging Down our gas detection systems
Train employees in calibrating gas detection systems
Train employees in operation and maintenance of our gas detection systems
Train employees in Fit Testing of Total Safety and Customer Personnel
Train employees in Cascade Air Banks and SCBA’s
Maintain rescue equipment inventory, inspections, and preventative maintenance
Review rescue preplans, RSAs, and ICS documentation
Support emergency response coordination with EMS and agencies
Prepare and deliver training materials and documentation
Ensure regulatory and company compliance
Coach and support team development
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years rescue field experience
1+ year training or instructional experience
Required certifications including Rescue Technician, CPR/AED, Gas Detection, ICS, Confined Space Entry, SAFE GULF or SAFE LAND, and HazMat
Strong communication, leadership, and technical skills
