Responsibilities
Execute enterprise tool system requests supporting global R&D teams
Provide timely, professional support for system and operational issues
Serve as SME for one or more R&D business applications
Support records management, lab data, change requests, and compliance processes
Identify manual workflows and propose automation improvements
Develop or apply automation/AI tools to streamline administrative processes
Ensure strict adherence to regulated R&D processes and data integrity standards
Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Technical, Scientific, or Business preferred)
2+ years of experience in operations, system support, or system administration
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
Experience supporting enterprise business applications
Preferred
Experience with SAP, Cornerstone, Google Suite, Microsoft Office
Exposure to Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), LMS, or PM tools
Knowledge of data structures, databases, automation, scripting, or AI tools
Strong process improvement and analytical mindset
