Entry, Mid LevelCynet Systems is seeking a System Administrator focused on application support. The role involves managing user support and system configurations while collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities
Complete assigned LARS and Zendesk support tickets within established service timelines
Perform password resets, status changes, new user setups, workflow reassignments, and daily system tasks
Communicate with requestors and document all interactions within ServiceNow
Track and record time spent on non-HRB tickets in ServiceNow
Coordinate configuration requests for LARS and Zendesk, providing timely responses and status updates
Collaborate with Application Coordinators to gather requirements and establish implementation timelines
Partner with Application Trainers and QA resources to ensure proper testing
Obtain requester sign-off upon completion of changes
Document all system modifications in the Application Change Log
Store supporting documentation in SharePoint
Maintain accurate and up-to-date system records
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and user support skills
Experience working with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk and ServiceNow
Ability to configure system settings, user permissions, and automated workflows
Strong documentation skills, including maintaining logs and organizing supporting materials
Ability to collaborate with application coordinators, trainers, and QA teams
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Understanding of IT help desk workflows and troubleshooting methodologies
Experience providing application support in IT environments
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
Familiarity with licensing or regulatory systems
Experience maintaining documentation in SharePoint
Familiarity with LARS or similar licensure and regulation platforms
Experience supporting healthcare or government systems
