Customer Success Manager
Hawk Ridge Systems is a leading 3D design & manufacturing solutions provider, seeking a driven Customer Success Manager to support and guide customer accounts. The role involves managing the full customer lifecycle, ensuring customers maximize the value of their solutions, and achieving monthly and annual targets.

Responsibilities
As both a strategic partner and dedicated account manager for assigned customers, you will own the full account relationship, guiding customers through new product purchases, SaaS activation, adoption, expansion opportunities, and renewals
Manage a customer base of accounts through full customer relationship cycle: expansion, subscription, renewals, etc
Hit monthly/annual targets by achieving KPIs and revenue targets
Partner closely with the team and collaborate with colleagues to provide outstanding customer service
Conduct monthly business reviews with customers
Converting quotes into sales orders
Processing credit card payments
Creating renewal quotes in Salesforce
Coordinating customer onboarding with our office
Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene: contacts, activities, opportunity stages, forecasts
Qualification
Required
2 or more years of technical sales experience in a business-to-business environment is required; however, other types of sales experience may be considered
Ability to forecast sales goals and SaaS related KPIs using strong analytical skills
Contribute to team direction and support colleagues across the organization
Excellent communication skills with a professional, polished style
Strong organizational, conflict management, and follow through abilities, as well as excellent time management skills
Previous research experience
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with value-based selling and CRM tools experience (Salesforce is a plus)
Outstanding relationship building skills and an enthusiasm for proactively calling on customers to identify obstacles
Autonomous, detail-oriented, and self-driven team player who has a strong work ethic, and thrives by prioritizing, multi-tasking, and utilizing your outstanding problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
