Responsibilities
Assemble small optical parts using hand tools
Perform soldering and follow detailed work instructions
Inspect components to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualification
Required
Experience with small parts or precision assembly
Basic soldering skills (or willingness to be trained)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
Commitment to safety and quality
Must be able to read, write and use basic math; maintain a high degree of accuracy in performing repetitive task; work with basic chemicals
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing detailed assembly work
Manual dexterity to handle small components and precision tools
Visual acuity for inspecting small parts and identifying imperfections
