Qualification
Required
General interest in custodial and or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers
Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call
