Responsibilities
Design, simulate, optimize, and validate inductive position sensor modules
Provide technical support to customers from concept and debugging to prototype
Perform measurements and tests using lab equipment and test benches
Create PCB layouts for sensor demonstrators (experience in Altium is mandatory)
Prepare technical documentation (application notes, design guides)
Develop and maintain software tools for demonstrators and production programmers
Support simulation of inductive sensor elements using an in-house tool
Work closely with Product Management and Marketing
Participate in customer meetings and occasional business trips
Contribute to new feature development and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's with up to 2 years of experience or a recent Master's degree with 0 experience in Electronics, Electromechanics, or related field
Proficiency in PCB design and layout; Altium experience is mandatory
Comfortable in using electronic lab equipment (oscilloscopes, function generators)
Experienced in soldering (SMT and THT)
Programming skills in C/C++, Python, LabVIEW
3D design experience is an advantage (Solid Works)
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global team
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Preferred
Experience in automotive or industrial sensor applications
Understanding of functional safety requirements
Agile mindset and proactive information sharing
