They are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join their weekend night shift team, responsible for inspecting plastic parts and components for defects, ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
Responsible for pulling inspection samples, based on the predetermined frequency of inspection
Visually examine inspection samples for physical concerns, as outlined in the Standard Process Instructions
Document concerns within the Quality Advisement system and notify the necessary parties to ensure the concern is addressed in a timely manner
As necessary, aid in running containment for quality concerns
Utilize the Nonconformance system to place suspect parts on hold, until they can be reviewed for further disposition
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to carry out simple instructions and handle standardized situations with minimal variability
Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibit objectivity and openness to others' views, give and welcome feedback
Effective communication skills with ability to collaborate well in group settings
