Mid LevelTestingXperts is seeking an experienced Healthcare Data Modeler with strong expertise in hospital and clinical data environments. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience working with EHR data and deep knowledge of clinical and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domains to design dimensional models for analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities
Analyze and model healthcare data from major EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, or similar systems
Design and maintain dimensional models using Kimball methodologies
Translate clinical and RCM workflows into scalable, analytics-ready structures
Support data integration, transformation, and standardization initiatives
Partner with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to ensure accurate data representation
Enable high-quality reporting and healthcare insights through robust modeling practices
Qualification
Required
Strong background in healthcare or hospital data systems
Hands-on experience with EHR data (Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, etc.)
Solid understanding of clinical workflows and Revenue Cycle Management
Expertise in Kimball / dimensional modeling, star schemas, and data warehousing concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Exposure to Value-Based Care metrics
Familiarity with FHIR or interoperability standards
Experience supporting large healthcare providers or integrated delivery networks
