Business Intelligence Analyst
The Keller Group is partnering with a client in the consumer-facing space to find a Contract Business Intelligence Analyst. This role focuses on building dashboards, enhancing reporting, and providing insights that shape business decisions across digital and subscription channels.

Responsibilities
Build and enhance reporting that supports digital channels, e-commerce, customer engagement, and recurring revenue programs
Analyze performance and metrics across online purchasing behaviors, subscription trends, and customer lifecycle
Find patterns in various stages (enrollment, retention, cancellations, frequency, etc.) to help inform and improve business decisions going forward
Create intuitive, high-touch Tableau dashboards that answer real business questions
Translate complex datasets into clear, credible, and effective visuals for senior stakeholders
Optimize reporting and delivery to ensure accuracy, scalability, and usability across leadership and internal teams
Write advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze extreme datasets and points
Partner cross-functionally with analytics and data teams to validate data sources and ensure reporting integrity
Use data processing platforms like Databricks to support and improve performance
Collaborate closely with analytics leaders, digital teams, and senior-level business stakeholders
Act as a strategic, thoughtful partner - not just a report builder
Share findings with confident communication style and field questions from audiences across both technical and non-technical teams
Act as the voice of the prospect internally, like the personable bridge between prospects and internal teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and solutions are rooted in real client needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field
3-5+ years of proven experience in business, business intelligence, analytics, or relevant data-focused roles
Strong grasp with Tableau (developing dashboards, performance, storytelling)
Ability to support leadership reporting and sharing performance insights and recommendations with confidence
A strong analytical mindset combined with confident communication style to connect numbers to business impact
Preferred
Experience working in high-volume, consumer-facing, retail or e-commerce environments is a plus
Exposure to modern data platforms like Databricks or similar foundation in SQL
