Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support for incidents escalated from first‑line teams
Manage, document, and track requests within ticketing systems
Troubleshoot complex or recurring technical issues
Support hardware break/fix activities and oversee device lifecycle for starters and leavers
Prepare and maintain reports using Excel or similar tools
Monitor systems, update portals, and meet KPIs/SLAs
Support remote sessions and assist on‑site with third‑level teams when required
Create and maintain SOPs and technical documentation
Identify process gaps and contribute to service improvement
Ensure confidentiality and compliance when accessing user systems
Support internal reporting and administrative tasks
Travel to additional sites when necessary

Required

Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience
Minimum three years' experience supporting PCs, laptops, peripherals, and telecom equipment
Strong skills in Microsoft operating systems (installation, configuration, support)
Solid experience with hardware servicing and repairs
Working knowledge of Active Directory and domain networking
Experience in IT Managed Services and ticketing systems
Excellent written and verbal English, plus fluency in the local language
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Professional communication skills and strong customer‑facing presence
High attention to detail, strong organisation, and accuracy
Ability to support, guide, and train colleagues when needed
Calm under pressure with a solution‑focused mindset
Strong customer‑service approach

Preferred

Experience supporting Apple/Mac environments, especially executive‑level users
