Responsibilities
Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment
Develop and execute test plans for validating new suppliers
Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed
Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements
Responsible for special testing requirements for all customer samples and parts
Utilize basic electronic troubleshooting tools. DMM, oscilloscopes, power supplies, frequency generators, spectrum analyzers, and data collection
Analysis of test yields and trends to identify and implement improvement opportunities
Evaluation of new designs for proposed test methods and test coverage
Reading and understanding schematics, drawings, and parts lists
Provide recommendations and justification for new tests and equipment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related STEM discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience; OR a Master's in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related STEM field with 0 or more years of experience
Experience with testing or troubleshooting electronics assemblies
US Citizenship is required
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
Preferred
Experience developing software applications
SAP experience
Experience with test plan creation
Experience developing test requirements
Experience with data analysis software (Tableau, Matlab, Python, Excel, or others)
Experience in signal analysis
