Design, develop, and support enterprise order management applications
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions
Participate in the full software development lifecycle (design through deployment)
Build high-performance, multi-threaded applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges
Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET
Advanced experience with multi-threading and concurrency
Proficiency in WPF with MVVM architecture
Experience developing WCF services
Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills
Experience with LINQ, Dependency Injection, and OOP design patterns
Proven experience building complex enterprise applications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience in financial systems or capital markets environments
Knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivatives, or other financial instruments
