Responsibilities
Collaborate with data/solution architects, business analysts, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data pipelines
Support data quality, governance, and documentation initiatives
Automate deployments using CI/CD tools
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments
Contribute to ongoing improvements in architecture, processes, and tooling
Work closely with internal and client teams to align on priorities and timelines
Qualification
Required
8+ years of professional work experience in data engineering with at least 2+ years working on the Snowflake platform is required
2+ years of experience working for a technical consulting organization
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala, and working with structured and semi-structured data
Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and storage services (S3)
Hands-on experience with data orchestration, version control, and CI/CD pipelines is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Must be authorized to work for any U.S. company without requiring visa sponsorship or transfer now or in the future
Preferred
2+ years of professional work experience in the P&C insurance industry is preferred
