Responsibilities

Responsible for the financial oversight, compliance monitoring, reporting, reconciliation, and billing management of federal, state, local, and private grant-funded programs with the organization

Ensures fiscal integrity, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial reporting across multiple funding streams

Provides financial oversight of the 340B Drug Pricing Program, including monthly reconciliation, quarterly internal compliance reviews, and annual audit coordination

Works collaboratively with program directors, school-based health leadership, pharmacy leadership, revenue cycle management, compliance, and external auditors to ensure financial sustainability and program compliance consistent with JTCHS’s mission as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Public Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of financial management experience

Strong knowledge of 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance)

Experience with behavioral health or SUD funding

Experience with 340B program and financial oversight

Advanced Excel proficiency

Strong reconciliation and audit experience

Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

Preferred

Master's degree

Experience managing federal and state grant funding

Experience managing school-based or community health funding

Knowledge of HRSA, Ryan White, SFAN, SFBHN, and Children's Trust funding requirements
