Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior level C++ Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance applications for mission-critical Financial Systems
This a long term contract opportunity with Onsite work mode
F2F interview is MUST. Local candidates preferred
The ideal candidate will have experience building low-latency, scalable, and reliable software in a FinTech or financial services environment, with a strong focus on performance, security, and stability

Required

Bachelor's degree with more than 7 years of C++ development experience
5+ years of experience developing high performance, multi threaded, low latency applications
Strong hands on experience with mission critical or high TPS systems, ideally in payments, financial services, or transaction processing domains
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and synchronization
Strong knowledge of memory management and performance tuning
Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
Hands-on experience with debugging tools (gdb, valgrind, perf, etc.)
Familiarity with network programming, IPC, or messaging systems
Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN)
