Technical Support Analyst
Millennium Software and Staffing Inc is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide application and production support. The role involves managing L1/L2 tickets, understanding incident management, and supporting APIs while working with Google Cloud Platform.
Responsibilities
Hands-on experience in L1/L2 ticket management and application/production support
Strong understanding of incident, escalation, and SLA/RTO management
Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience supporting APIs (authentication, payloads, requests/responses)
Ability to read, analyze, and troubleshoot JSON data
Proficiency with command-line tools such as GCloud CLI, curl, grep, or similar
Qualification
Required
