Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Experience Specialist will work closely with key customers to complete product orders, assist with product selection, and resolve customer concerns while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
Assist with product selection, quote generation, order input, order scheduling, expediting, tracking, finding, and coordinating alternative materials
Resolve customer concerns by using company process knowledge
Develop and maintain working relationships with key customers
Qualification
Required
3+ years of sales support, customer service, or related experience
Expertise with MS Office and the ability to learn computer programs easily
Ability to work in the office five days a week (Monday-Friday)
Preferred
SAP exposure
B2B customer support experience
Bachelor's Degree
Experience using formulas, V lookups, pivot tables, charts within Excel
