Technical Program Manager III, Processor, Quantum AI

Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact
Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders’ needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables
Support Quantum AI research teams by planning project requirements, managing project schedules, planning and leading project life-cycle reviews (concept review, design review, etc), and serving as a collaboration interface between technical teams
Anticipate issues and propose solutions, manage dependencies and cross-functional interfaces, and identify the need to develop or improve tools or processes
Document and communicate work plans, timelines, and results to the broader team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
5 years of experience with technical contributions in systems engineering, hardware development, semiconductor device design/fabrication, quantum computing, or related fields
Preferred
Advanced degree in Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering field
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience managing dependencies and cross-functional interfaces, anticipate issues and propose solutions, and develop or improve tools or processes
Experience in any of the following industries: semiconductor fabrication and device design, complex systems engineering, cryogenics, experimental physics related research, aerospace, hardware research facilities, or related industries
