Responsibilities

Promotes the program, increases participation, and evaluates program goals in collaboration with departmental staff, marketing, and other applicable departments and community organizations
Plans and coordinates events and services. Works with the team to promote programs through marketing plans, materials, collateral, and activities
Develops, trains, organizes, schedules, implements, supervises, and/or evaluates the program or programs
Sets program goals and measures progress including, but not limited to, volume, cost, quality, and satisfaction
Acts as a Liaison between staff, interdisciplinary team members, patients, families, hospitals and clinics
Coordinates day-to-day administrative functions for the fellowship program, including recruitment, orientation, onboarding, schedules, credentials, records management, and use of residency management systems
Manages annual schedules, rotations, conferences, exams, evaluations, and other educational activities in collaboration with program leadership and faculty
Supports accreditation and regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate documentation, completing surveys and reports, tracking licensure requirements
May perform additional duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's in health, education, social work, public administration, nursing or other related field; or HS Diploma/GED and an additional 4 years of relevant experience; or Associate's degree and an additional 2 years of relevant experience
Two years of experience in developing, implementing and coordinating programs or projects

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Strong technical skills
Graduate Medical Education (GME) program support experience
