Responsibilities
Support manufacturing and materials process design and continuous improvement under the guidance of senior engineers
Assist with analysis of production data, methods, equipment, tooling, and process steps
Contribute to feasibility testing and validation of engineering solutions
Support development and evaluation of engineering standards and specifications
Perform inspections with senior engineers to assess quality, compliance, and equipment integrity
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors within established project and contract plans
Identify process gaps and support improvements using standard change management practices
Participate in product development activities to help define and deliver manufacturing solutions
Execute work in alignment with established project plans, timelines, and objectives
Continue professional development through training, coaching, and ongoing learning of industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Supports manufacturing engineering projects and processes within a team environment
Work is performed within established guidelines and reviewed by senior engineers or management
Responsibilities are limited in scope, with opportunities to coordinate work completed by support staff or contractors

Shop floor position; candidate must be comfortable working in a factory environment
Approximately 75% of time spent on feet within the factory
