They are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and optimize solutions for their ITSM and HRSD platforms, enhancing employee experiences and supporting business processes.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize enterprise solutions for ITSM and HRSD ServiceNow platforms
Support business processes, enhance employee experiences, and reduce manual workloads by building scalable, secure, and integrated workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective platform solutions
Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automations
Implement and refine ACLs, business rules, UI policies, and data policies to ensure security and compliance
Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and enforce best practices for development and testing
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support upgrades and patches to maintain system health
Contribute to the ServiceNow roadmap by identifying opportunities for automation, knowledge management, and improved employee experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Virtual agent, NowLLM, Flow Designer and ServiceNow Studio
Hands on experience with REST/SOAP integrations, including Workday and Okta, and third party system connectors
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
Solid understanding of ITIL processes, CMDB design, governance principals, excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
Preferred
Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ITSM/HRSD/ITOM Certifications preferred but not required
