Responsibilities
Build and deliver training programs, curriculums, and development initiatives
Partner with internal trainers, leaders, and external training resources
Design training progression paths and monitor employee performance
Create metrics to measure program success and continuous improvement
Ensure a consistent, high‑quality training experience across the organization
Support skill verification for key roles and conduct training when needed
Develop external relationships, training providers, workforce agencies, funding partners, etc
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
Can work independently and loves taking initiative
Has experience designing training programs, curriculums, and learning experiences
Has strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Is comfortable analyzing information, creating metrics, and using technology
Brings excellent problem‑solving and active listening skills
Handles confidential information with professionalism and care
Preferred
2–3 years of training, teaching, or workforce development experience
