Responsibilities

Support standardized complaint investigation templates
Provide support for legacy data in the Global Complaint Mailbox
Support trending of product complaints for Management Review
Quality Agreement administrative updates
Quality record archival
Work with a mentor in the Distribution & Regional Quality North America department
Attend team meetings and all-company events, speaker series, and networking opportunities, as applicable
Work with key stakeholders in and outside of Distribution & Regional Quality department on activities related to the scope of the project assignments
Prepare and present a final presentation for the project assignments

Required

Actively enrolled in a university undergraduate, graduate/masters or PhD/PharmD program in a scientific area
