PROLIM Corporation is seeking an experienced Instructor Trainer / Instructional Designer to develop and deliver training programs for a PeopleSoft Financials ERP system. This role involves designing accessibility-compliant curriculum and delivering training through various platforms including instructor-led and eLearning.

Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive ERP training programs tailored to financial business areas

Develop accessibility-compliant, role-based training materials from the ground up

Create instructor materials including course outlines, guides, exercises, and multimedia content

Deliver instructor-led and web-based training sessions

Develop computer-based and eLearning curriculum

Maintain and update SharePoint training sites

Participate in Agile, incremental, and iterative development processes

Conduct training needs analysis and revise curriculum as needed

Ensure compliance with quality management and accessibility standards

Required

8+ years of experience developing training programs for ERP systems

8+ years of experience developing accessibility-compliant training content

4+ years hands-on experience with eLearning software

4+ years experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2

4+ years experience with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

2+ years experience using MS Teams in large team environments

2+ years experience maintaining and updating SharePoint sites

Preferred

Experience working with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government)

Experience using Jira
