Responsibilities
Provide oversight of the development, implementation and evaluation of information system security program policy
Support day-to-day activities within Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs
Perform analysis of network security based on RMF and JSIG authorization processes
Provide expert level support, research and analysis of complex security problems
Provide consultative and advising services to both the architects/system developers and the Cybersecurity Assessment Program
Lead a team of System Security Engineers and Certification/Accreditation Analysts
Qualification
Required
Active TSSCI Clearance
Masters Degree or 6 yrs equivalent experience
15+ years of experience in IA or Information System Security Engineering developing, implementing and evaluating information system security policy
Experience evaluating information system security policy and integrating existing DoD or SAP network infrastructures
Experience performing analysis of network security based upon RMF policies and JSIG authorization processes
Experience reviewing ISSE related designs and providing security compliance recommendations
Experience working closely with development teams
advising architects/system developers in identification and implementation of information security functionality
Experience leading a team
DoD 8570.01-M IAAE Level III w/in 6 mo's of hire
