Program Manager II - Regional Surgical Operations

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities
Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines
Allocate time to meet completion requirements
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training
OR an Associate's Degree and five years of experience
OR a Master's Degree and two years of experience
Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Preferred
Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting
Completion of an administrative fellowship or residency
Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration
