Departmental Analyst 9-P11 (Trainee)

Responsibilities
Provide coordination between State Facilities Administration and DTMB Information Technology program areas
Serve as a liaison in all matters involving IT, Telecom, and SFA services and projects
Work closely with management and supervision performing professional research and analysis assignments in support of technology tools and needs
Facilitate all technology needs for SFA staff
Serve as a developer and provider of training regarding computers, phones, software, and all other IT projects
Maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence relative to the work
Represent SFA in Keylight and Department of Treasury Financial security assessments, and other department audits in related areas
Qualification
Required
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
Departmental Analyst 9: No specific type or amount is required
Departmental Analyst 10: One year of professional experience
Departmental Analyst P11: Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service
Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school
Four years of experience as an advanced 9-level worker in an ECP Group One classification
Three years of experience as an E9, E10, or E11-level worker in an ECP Group One classification
Two years of experience as an experienced level worker in an ECP Group One technician or paraprofessional classification
Two years of experience as a first-line supervisor in an ECP Group Three classification
One year of experience as a second-line supervisor in an ECP Group Three classification
An official transcript must bear the college/university certification (e.g., seal, logo, watermark, and /or letterhead), Registrar's signature, and date
When attaching transcripts, please name the college/university for each transcript attached
In accordance with federal law, all new employees must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within three business days of beginning employment
