Own long-form YouTube edits from concept to publish
Help plan narratives, stories, productions, and moments before filming
Edit vlog-style and documentary-style videos
Support on-site production, including audio, video, and story tracking
Help guide YouTube packaging and strategy, including titles, thumbnails, and ideas
Create supporting social content to build momentum around each release
Operate on fast timelines, including nights, weekends, and travel
Qualification
Required
A storyteller first and an editor second
Understand YouTube trends, pacing, and retention
Thrive in fast-moving environments and take initiative
A team-first operator ready for unconventional hours and travel
Have experience with long-form YouTube and real results to show
Have run on-site production and are well-versed in video/audio technology
Have helped build a channel, series, or audience
Bring added value through graphics, thumbnails, or creative ideation
Elevate the Snapback Sports voice and brand
