They are seeking a Marketplace Quant to own the intelligence layer that keeps the marketplace balanced, liquid, and efficient, involving both quantitative analysis and operational tasks.

Responsibilities
Model and optimise supply–demand allocation across the marketplace
Forecast liquidity, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints
Design and run experiments across incentives, activation, and engagement
Build dashboards and data products that define marketplace health
Partner closely with ops, product, and leadership to turn insights into action
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in data, analytics, operations, or strategy roles
Experience working on a marketplace, financial platform, or complex two-sided system
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Experience designing and analysing experiments (A/B tests, cohorts, incentives)
Preferred
Startup experience (seed to pre-IPO)
