Responsibilities
Define and execute the enterprise data and analytics strategy across enterprise ecosystem (including affiliate companies), supporting clinical intelligence, operational performance, and financial transformation
Lead cross-functional initiatives that utilize data to strengthen forecasting, scenario planning, clinical outcomes, reimbursement performance, and operational efficiency
Serve as the executive sponsor for data-driven modernization initiatives (embedded analytics, AI‑enabled workflows, data quality automation, and real-time insight delivery)
Architect and oversee scalable cloud-based data platforms that unify data from clinical systems, value-based care platforms, NetSuite, and external partner networks
Establish SQL standards, govern data model design, optimize performance, and ensure transparency of analytical pipelines
Manage the roadmap for analytics tools, including Power BI, machine learning workflows, self‑service semantic layers, and real-time insight visualization
Lead a high-performing analytics team capable of delivering descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive insights
Build organization-wide KPI frameworks, operational dashboards, and financial intelligence tools
Create automated reporting capabilities for forecasting, network performance, risk adjustment, contract performance, reimbursement optimization, and clinical operations
Own the NetSuite analytics environment (Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteQL) and ensure clean integration into the analytics warehouse
Establish enterprise data governance, stewardship roles, and quality assurance standards
Oversee metadata management, lineage tracking, and controlled access policies
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, and other regulatory requirements related to data privacy, clinical data handling, and security
Partner with clinical operations, network partners, finance, product, engineering, and executive leadership to ensure analytics deliver measurable impact
Provide clear data storytelling and executive insights that inform strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and operational priorities
Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for leadership teams
Build, develop, and retain analytics talent, fostering a culture of curiosity, precision, speed, and accountability
Promote cross-team collaboration by establishing training programs, governance councils, and shared analytical methodologies
Model departmental / company ethos and ensure it is embedded across analytics workflows, outputs, and decision‑making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Healthcare Informatics, Statistics, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, BI, data engineering, or data leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Advanced SQL expertise, including optimization of complex queries, modeling standards, and performance tuning
Demonstrated experience operationalizing analytics in NetSuite (SuiteQL, SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, data extraction)
Proven experience leading cloud-based data architecture, data integration strategies, and production-grade pipelines
Expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, governance, gateway management)
Experience with clinical or payer-provider data models, value-based care analytics, or healthcare interoperability
Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional leaders
Strategic Thinking – Ability to align analytical priorities to enterprise goals
Data Storytelling – Ability to deliver insights that guide executive decisions
Technical Depth – SQL, NetSuite analytics, cloud data engineering, and BI architecture
Operational Excellence – Builds efficient, scalable processes and automation
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Effective at working across clinical, financial, and technical teams
