Experience analyzing and interpreting telecommunications billing data
Ability to identify billing discrepancies and cost-saving opportunities
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience tracking and monitoring KPIs (usage, costs, uptime, time to repair)
Knowledge of telecommunications services and infrastructure
Vendor management experience, including resolving billing disputes and service issues
Contract review and rate validation experience
Ability to maintain accurate records of telecommunications assets and services
Strong reporting and presentation skills for management and stakeholders
Understanding of E-911 location verification requirements
Process improvement and documentation skills
Qualification
