Responsibilities
Support Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project execution
Track RFIs, submittals, and drawing revisions
Assist with quantity takeoffs, material procurement, and buyout support
Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
Support schedule updates, cost tracking, and reporting
Maintain organized and accurate project documentation
Assist with closeout and as-built documentation
Qualification
Required
1–5 years of experience in construction or engineering (concrete or civil a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working between the field and office
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Preferred
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
