Responsibilities
Perform biochemical, physical, and chemical analyses under cGMP guidelines
Independently execute and document validated analytical assays
Evaluate analytical data against specifications and identify deviations
Troubleshoot assays and assist with laboratory investigations
Support SOP revisions, method validation, and method transfers
Train and mentor junior analysts and new hires
Support regulatory inspections as needed
Maintain a strong safety- and quality-focused lab culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related science
1–2+ years of experience in a cGMP or GLP laboratory
1–2+ years of hands-on experience with separation sciences (HPLC required; UPLC or CE a plus)
Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
Prior Quality Control laboratory experience
Experience with method validation, method transfers, or regulatory inspections
Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience
