Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support for automated production equipment
Troubleshoot electrical and automation issues on live systems
Modify PLC programs and HMI interfaces to resolve problems and implement improvements
Support equipment upgrades and modernization projects
Commission and start up automated machinery when required
Read and interpret electrical drawings
Work directly with customers to resolve technical issues independently
Document service activity and findings
Qualification
Required
Experience troubleshooting industrial automation systems
Ability to modify PLC logic (not just monitor)
Familiarity with drives, motors, and machine control
Ability to read electrical schematics
Comfortable working independently in a customer-facing environment
Willingness to travel (~35%)
