Monitor production environments and respond to alerts
Track incidents against SLAs and perform root cause analysis
Manage and migrate workflows from Informatica to IDMC
Debug Informatica, Spark, Oracle, and shell scripts
Analyze logs and troubleshoot system issues
Support deployments across development, testing, and production environments
Perform database querying and performance tuning
Work with monitoring and ticketing tools
Optimize Spark processes and manage high-volume data ingestion
Maintain system documentation and operating procedures
