Responsibilities
Act as Application Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce platform
Own end-to-end solution architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds
Define enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
Lead complex Salesforce transformation and modernization programs
Drive architecture decisions related to scalability, security, performance, and data governance
Review and approve technical designs, code, and release plans
Design and govern integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and event-based architectures
Partner with business, product, and enterprise architecture teams
Mentor architects, developers, and technical leads
Support multi-org, large-data-volume, and high-availability architectures
Manage architectural risks and ensure compliance with enterprise standards
Qualification
Required
12+ years of IT experience
Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and limits
Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
Strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud
Deep understanding of security model, data sharing, role hierarchy, and compliance
