Responsibilities
Support execution strategy across multiple product and platform initiatives
Launch and operationalize new (0–1) programs
Improve execution velocity and product quality through structured program management
Identify risks early and proactively implement mitigation plans
Collect and analyze product and operational data from multiple sources
Identify trends, performance gaps, and reliability patterns
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to inform leadership decisions
Translate data insights into actionable operational improvements
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations stakeholders
Strengthen cross-functional alignment and communication
Drive clarity in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments
Resolve conflicts through structured prioritization and tradeoff analysis
Support reliability initiatives and incident response programs
Monitor regressions and coordinate investigation workflows
Improve operational processes for detection, escalation, and resolution
Manage external vendors and partners contributing to reliability programs
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, product operations, or program management
OR relevant academic background in business, marketing, finance, operations, or project management
Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to leverage data to anticipate risks and unblock issues
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Experience improving operational systems, workflows, and tooling
Preferred
Direct experience supporting reliability or incident management programs
Experience managing vendor operations in high-visibility environments
Background in regression management, incident workflows, or SEV processes
Experience designing and optimizing operational detection and response systems
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
Ability to synthesize technical and operational data to influence product improvements
