Answering incoming phone calls
Data entry
Assisting customers through telephone support on product/service information
Troubleshooting product/peripherals from equipment issues to transaction failures
Service issues

Required

Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn, courteous, dependable, and possess excellent communication skills
Customer Service and computer experience required
Available to be scheduled up to 30 hours/week, 7 day of the week (including evening, weekends, and holidays)
Must be at least 18 years of age
