Lead Insights Analyst, Customer & Market Insights

Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center is looking for a Lead Insights Analyst for their Customer and Market Insights team. This role is integral in informing marketing decisions by linking customer behavior to business results and requires a passion for using analytic tools to drive insights that influence business decisions.

Responsibilities

Serve as analytic liaison between Customer and Market Insights and internal stakeholders in support of innovation in the Customer digital experience
Partner with internal stakeholders to provide analytic input and evaluate performance of various business priorities by identify links between Customer behaviors and business results
Determine methodologies and execute analytical approaches to evaluate business opportunities
Leverage test & learn techniques to understand the impact of innovation to the business and Customer behaviors
Communicate actionable insights through visualizations and storytelling
Manage planned and ad hoc analytic requests and ensure timely delivery of reporting and insights

Required

3+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or other similar fields
Experience partnering well with cross-functional teams, being highly collaborative
Ability to build strong relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experienced project manager
Quick and versatile learner
Strong analytical skills in hypothesis generation and data identification
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with database queries or programming languages (SQL, Python, or R)
Experience with data visualization (Tableau)
Experience with common UX analytics tools
Ability to convey insights that are clear, compelling, and concise

Preferred

4+ years of experience
Master's degree in a quantitative field
UX experience
