Responsibilities
Lead hardware components from design through flight ready production
Define, develop and scale manufacturing processes including welding, machining, composites and assembly
Assemble, integrate and qualify complex hardware, troubleshooting and optimising for performance
Drive process improvements, tooling optimisation and quality standards
Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high performance aerospace systems
Qualification
Required
Experience in mechanical, aerospace or manufacturing engineering
Proficiency in CAD, FEA or engineering analysis tools
Comfortable working hands on in lab, manufacturing or integration environments
Strong first principles problem solving skills and ability to make technical trade offs
Preferred
Experience in aerospace welding, composite or metallic structures, or precision component fabrication
