Responsibilities
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives tailored to executives, business partners, and technical teams
Develop and present multiple solution options, outlining risks, tradeoffs, and expected business impact to support informed decision-making
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, anomalies, performance drivers, and growth opportunities
Build predictive and statistical models to inform strategic planning and optimize business outcomes
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations that provide clear, actionable insights
Partner cross-functionally to improve data quality, governance, and process standardization
Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, automation, and analytical efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience analyzing large, complex datasets
Hands-on experience with statistical modeling and advanced analytics such as: regression analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, and/or causal inference
Advanced exploratory data analysis skills with the ability to uncover insights that drive business performance
Experience building impactful dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI
Strong problem-solving skills with a curiosity-driven, innovative mindset
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
