Assist with mechanical design for process automation equipment
Troubleshoot new and existing equipment
Project documentation: cad drawings, etc
Equipment construction and repair, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic
Maintain and operate 3D printers
Provide technical support to other departments
Other duties as assigned to support overall team effort
Qualification
Required
Associate degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or similar
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity and similar environment
Good physical ability/mobility and vision (including close/distance, depth perception and color)
Proficiency with MS Office and similar office software
Mechanical design for process automation equipment
Troubleshoot new and existing equipment
Project documentation: cad drawings, etc
Equipment construction and repair, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic
Maintain and operate 3D printers
Provide technical support to other departments
Ability to work independently, exercise judgment and show initiative
Strong aptitude for automation project work
Organized, goal oriented and able to focus on completing tasks
Preferred
Experience with 3D printing technology
Mechanical design using Autocad or Inventor
Blueprints - reading and creating
Automation Hardware Development and Debugging
