Responsibilities

Executes electrical and battery cycler tests in collaboration with technicians and test engineers, ensuring accurate reporting of results
Generates KPIs for daily lab activities to support operational visibility and performance tracking
Reviews BMU schematics and layouts to validate conformance and assess overall testability
Conducts investigations, prepares supporting documentation, and analyses validation data to aid decision‑making
Operates complex test setups and DOE configurations using high‑accuracy measurement equipment
Troubleshoots equipment and sample issues while maintaining test systems and ensuring that all collected data meets strict quality standards

Required

Must have an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or a B.Sc. with relevant industrial experience

Must possess hands‑on experience with BMS firmware testing, hardware/firmware verification, and operation of test tools such as battery testers and precision measurement equipment
