Lead post-sales implementations of a true B2B SaaS product
Run multi-resource delivery (engineers, stakeholders, timelines, risks)
Delegate work across your pod -real resource management
Stay hands-on technically when needed
Own customer communication end-to-end
Qualification
Required
5+ years in implementation / solutions / TPM / delivery roles
Experience leading multi-person implementations (not doing everything yourself)
Strong program/project management in customer-facing environments
Technical skills: SQL required + coding (JavaScript preferred)
Comfortable with a SQL + algorithm interview round
Strong communication skills - culture fit matters most
