Responsibilities

Manage program delivery within scope, quality, timeline, and budget constraints
Lead project scope definition, requirements gathering, documentation, and estimation
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and launch plans
Track milestones, deliverables, and overall execution progress
Identify, assess, and manage project risks
Implement contingency planning and mitigation strategies
Escalate unresolved blockers to appropriate leadership to maintain momentum
Track defects, feedback items, and ensure closure before launch
Oversee internal and matrixed teams, including contractors
Facilitate complex issue resolution across multiple organizational levels
Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders and technical teams
Ensure clear communication across executives, partners, and delivery teams
Maintain accurate and consistent progress reporting
Monitor budgets and resource allocation
Drive accountability through structured follow-ups and execution tracking

Required

Proven experience in project estimation, scheduling, and tracking
Strong background in customer engagement and stakeholder management

Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong risk assessment and issue management capabilities
Ability to quickly understand complex business processes
Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
