Senior Program Manager - National Airborne Operations Programs

Responsibilities
Manages employees and mid-level managers performing business management activities in the area of Program Management
Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Builds and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of business approaches, products and processes
Develops and manages financial targets to align with long-range business unit objectives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Program Management Best Practices (i.e., Requirements Management, Resource Management, Integrated Planning and Scheduling, Financial Oversight, Earned Value Management (EVM), Program Performance Management, Supplier Integration, RIO (Risk, Issue, Opportunity) Management, Program Communication, Senior Leadership Reviews, etc.)
5+ years of experience managing risks, cost performance and schedule performance
5+ years of experience in developing and deploying organizational strategies and leading long-range business plan processes
5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
5+ years of experience leading or managing program performance utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM)
5+ years of experience with RIO (Risks, Issues and Opportunities) processes and tools
5+ years of experience leading or managing proposal development and negotiating government contracts
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Active Secret Clearance is preferred
