Required
5-10 years of Desktop Support
Experience with Deployments & Reimaging hardware & network troubleshooting
Hardware support like laptops, desktops, printer, mobile devices, routers, switches, Sonic Firewalls
Networking troubleshooting as well with routers and switches, and setting up firewalls
Reimaging experience is a must
